พระสมเด็จวัดระฆัง เป็นพระเนื้อปูนขาว กำเนิดขึ้นที่วัดระฆังโฆษิตาราม เขตธนบุรี กรุงเทพฯ ผู้สร้างคือ สมเด็จพระพุฒาจารย์ (โต พรหมรังสี) อดีตเจ้าอาวาสวัดระฆังฯ ในสมัยรัชกาลที่ ๔ กรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ พระสมเด็จวัดระฆังฯ สร้างขึ้นประมาณปี พ.ศ. ๒๔๐๙ พุทธศิลปะอยู่ในสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์

พระสมเด็จวัดระฆังฯ ตามความนิยมในวงการพระเครื่อง มี ๕ พิมพ์ด้วยกันคือ

Somdej Wat Rakang Amulets

Somdej Wat Rakang Amulets were made of white plaster, originally from Wat Rakang Kositaram, Thonburi, Bangkok, the creator was Somdej Phra Buddha Jarn (Toh Peomarangsri), ex-chief of Wat Rakang temple in the region of King Rama 4th. Somdej Wat Rakang Amulets were created in 1866, and belong to Ratanakosin Buddhist art.
